1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradePulsar AI (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradePulsar AI ("we", "us", or "our").

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

TradePulsar AI is a technology and software services platform. We provide tools including AI-powered trading bots, market data visualisation, portfolio dashboards, and community features to assist retail traders.

We are not a licensed broker, financial institution, investment adviser, or regulated financial service provider. We do not execute trades on your behalf through a regulated exchange, hold client funds in a segregated account, or provide investment advice. Access to any trading functionality on the Platform is subject to the terms of the underlying liquidity or exchange provider you separately contract with.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly if it changes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform.
• Use automated scrapers or bots to collect data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any form of fraudulent trading activity.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. Risk Disclosure

The Platform's tools, signals, and analytics are provided for informational and technological purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are the exclusive property of TradePulsar AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradePulsar AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of capital arising from your use of the Platform or from trading decisions made on the basis of Platform features.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees (if any) you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Platform. Upon termination, all licences granted to you will cease immediately. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
